    Default Requirement for versatile image viewer

    In Linux ( Suse 10) we have this GIMP and Image viewer for seeing the image files.
    My requirement is to just see the Image Files ( to incl PPM, PCX, BMP,JPG,GIF and TGA) on windows platform.
    Can somebody suggest me a IMAGE VEIWER freeware to see these . And If it can show the text files also then it will be ultimate.

    I'm not sure which one supports which formats but here's a short list of some free image viewers:


    Edit: Paint.NET might be a good choice for editing purposes..

    And uhm, Google knows tons of answers to questions like this...
