Qt creator and mercurial

I want to setup Qtcreator to work with mercurial.I have installed TortoiseHG on window xp machine.I want someone help me input "Submit message check script" we are told to browse in TOOLS->OPTIONS ->common tab.

Where can i find this script?.

Finally everything worked.A simple computer restart seems like it was all that was needed.
