    Default User Resizable Layout

I have a program with a vertical layout (2 columns) which will size itself as usual.

However, I would like the user to be able to manually change the size by clicking on the middle divider and dragging it to the new location.

I can't seem to figure out how to do this based on the documenation.

    How can I do this?
    Running:
    RHEL 5.4
    Python 2.7.2
    Qt 4.7.4
    SIP 4.7.8
    PyQt 4.7
