Qt Prebuild 4.7.4. MSVC 2008 Binaries 64-bit

I am looking for the 64-bit equivalent of the latest QT distro (4.7.4) on Windows for MSVC2008.

IS this available somewhere as pre-built binaries, or must it be built from the
source.

If the latter is the case, anyone have a good URL describing the build process from
source for MSVC 2008?
