queries about QT's Diagraming abilities..

hello
i am new to QT.. so can u tell me about QTs diagrmatic abilities.. like does it allow to draw diagrams like (connection diagrams,wiring,shapes,rotation by user ,zoom in ,zoom out)in more basic or easy way other than using Qpaint thru programming ...visio offers simple way of just drag and drop thru stensils.. so will QT does support any diagraming tool or any other feauteres like that.. plese give me solns and links..thanks in advance
