Default Is there a way to customize the 2.3.1 layout

I'm not really holding out much hope because it seems to be a splitter based design rather than a dock widget design but I had to ask. The "Locals and Watchers" tab has been moved from being a tab with the breakpoints (in 2.0.1) up into my source code section ( in 2.3.1 ) and I'd like to change it's location.

Is this level of customization possible?

Sure. It _is_ dockwidget based, but the title bars of the docks are hidden by default to save screen real estate. To "unlock", un-check Windows->Views->Locked, or the same action from the context menu of one ot the header bars in the individual docks.
