Mysql at OSX

Hi

Is there any tutorial of how to include mysql plugin or library at OSX.
Some video tutorial. I've tried all kinds of tutorials and still can't get it to work.

sorry klaviaturist, as this is not an answer to your question,

but i'm in the same situation. I read that we can use the driver from the mysql .dmg, i downloaded it from their website, but after its installation, nothing appears in "`/usr/local/mysql'" (as they said in the ReadMe.txt)

I'm also looking for any solution to solve this
