How to use Patch for Multi Axis qwtPlot

Hi every body...
For multi axis with qwt i've downloaded a Patch from sourceForge but i don't know how to use it!!!
Is there any other ways to use multi axis plots?
Can anyone help me?

(Please don't tell me that it has answered many times!!! because i searched it but nothing have found!!!)

This patch has to be applied like any other patch - nothing special for Qwt.

As applying a patch is something very common for Unix users I guess you are on some handicapped, exotic OS. But even then: asking google for "apply patch windows" shows plenty of hints.
