Default #Warning: "This version of Mac OS X is unsupported"

I am developing an application using qtcore, qtgui, qtxml, qtsql and phonon modules (qt 4.8.1) for Windows and Mac.
Also there is a requirement to support Mountain lion ( Mac 10.8 ).Can anybody has faced any issue with qt application developed using 4.8.1 in Mac 10.8. Please let me know what are possible limitations.
If there is any other related thread, please provide me the link for the same.

    ~Thanks in advance.

Upgrade to 4.8.3 which has Mac OS X 10.8 fixes/improvements.

Thanks for your reply, Chris! But I wanted to know if there are any limitations of using Qt 4.8.1 for developing apps in Mac 10.8.x. As Qt UI framework is not yet tested for mountain lion, I need to know if anybody has faced any issue.
