Slide switch example / control

Hi all

I'm looking for a slide switch control or example in Qt. I found the qml one here: http://doc.qt.digia.com/qt/declarati...ideswitch.html . Is something like this available in Qt or do I need to write my own control?

There is some controls with qwt lib, but not the one you want! and i didn't see it anywhere, so i think it's better to write your own one. also it doesn't seems difficult!
