If you want a static app then you need to have static libs of Qt - that means you need to rebuilt Qt statically. there are lots of guides around for how to do that. Make sure you don't trip up over LGPL.
If you have a problem, CUT and PASTE your code. Do not retype or simplify it. Give a COMPLETE and COMPILABLE example of your problem. Otherwise we are all guessing the problem from a fabrication where relevant details are often missing.
