    Default Is there GUI for Qt on Linux?

    I have installed Qt libraries on Ubuntu, is there a GUI like Qt creator on windows?

    Yes, Qt is cross-platform after all. http://qt-project.org/downloads#qt-creator and probably also in Ubuntu repositories.

    Almost certainly in the Ubuntu repositories since it is in the Debian repository. Package is, unsurprisingly, named qtcreator
