cannot run qtCreator after installation

I just installed qt 5.0.1 32 bit on my ubuntu 11.10 32 bit system. you know, for the first time the qtcreator pops up when I click it.
but later if i close it does not open anymore. when I click it the monitor waves for a second and nothing happens!
what is wrong with thhis?

I tried opening creator from bin , but now, that one doesn not even work anymore

i tried executing it from shell, it give me SEGMENTATION FAULT!

one reason could be my AIT device was not recognized by jockey, if you have the same problem, run:
#aptitude install fglrx-updates fglrx-amdcccle-updates
