    Default improper formating of text

    Qt Assistant, improper formating of text
    Qt 4.8.4 on windows XP 32 bit, SP3

    I have downloaded the last version of Qt4.
    Everything works fine, but I have found an unpleasant issue in the text formatting of the content of the main frame of Qt Assistant - see picture attached -
    Are there workarounds?

    I don't see "unpleasant issue". Are you talking about the text ovelapping with content table?
    When you know how to do it then you may do it wrong.
    When you don't know how to do it then it is not that you may do it wrong but you may not do it right.

    yes and also that text is shifted towards the right side

    I guess that has been an issue with Qt Assistant all the way, raise an issue with Qt.
    When you know how to do it then you may do it wrong.
    When you don't know how to do it then it is not that you may do it wrong but you may not do it right.
