QTextFragment tool tip

Hi,

I am looking for the way to display some kind of bubble tip while editing QTextDocument. For eg. when the QTextCusor is "inside" of one of QTextFragments in my document the bubble tip with some property should be displayed.
As far I don't have any good solution for this.
Have anybody tried to do sth like this?

I will apreciate any tips from you!
