Where do I can download mingw compiler?

Sorry for offtop, guys, but i can't find the direct download link on the mingw compiler for Windows. I've looked at www.mingw.org but there are many different addresses...

You'll probably have to download mingw32-make as well.

Please note that if you install Qt, the installer should ask you if you want it to download and install MinGW for you. So you can have MinGW installed without any actions on your side.

Hi, Wysota! But there is current version of Mingw 5.1.0 and you gave me link to the 3.1.0 release. Should I download the newer one or older?What is the difference between these two releases?
