Default "Acess style" form to manage a database table

    Hello!

Is there a class or example that allows the creation of a form, to manage data in a database table, similar to those used in Microsoft Access?
I'm not sure i'm explaining mysel well, so a added a picture.

If i want to do something like this, do i have to make a widget and do all the coding?
