Qt 5.3 VS 2013

Does a VS 2013 version will be released ?

Given the comments on the 5.3 Alpha announcement and that there are VS 2013 binaries of the current 5.3.0 snapshots I would say there is a good chance there will be official binaries for this compiler. In any case, you can build Qt from source.
