My Program in context menu

Hello all.
I want to write program,that will be in all icons' context menu.

in (for example,picture's)context menu user will trigger my program and my program would take and move picture to C:/mypictures

How can I do this? I have no idea how to do this. Just give me hints.

The mechanism for adding something to the OS X Finder context menu will be be in Apple's documentation.
