qmake configuration file not found (Qt 5.2.1 - Win x64 built from source)

Qt 5.2.1
Platform: Windows 8.1 ×64

I have built Qt 5.2.1 from source without apparent problems, but when running qmake I get the following error message:

“Could not find qmake configuration file win32-msvc2010.
Error processing project file: Qt_Test.pro”

What did I miss ?

I installed Qt 5.3.0 (from source). No problem anymore.
