Macdeployment Qt issue

I have developed the a small application in Mac using qt version 4.8.6 now i completed the application development. when i deploy the application using the mac qt deployment, ./macdeployment qt xyz.app i got the following error message.

"install_name_tool: can't open input file: xyz.app/Contents/Frameworks/QtSql.framework/Versions/4/QtSql for writing ( Bad file descriptor ).

and also when i give the following command

$ sudo ./macdeploymentqt xyz.app -verbose3

it executed all the commands but the plugins folder not available in the xyz/Contents/, when i run the application it crashes.,

my mac version is 10.x

Any body help me for fix this issue.
