Open Right Mouseclick Menu with Keyboard

Hi,

I asked a similar question here and now I would like to follow up on that question:

is there a way to open the right mouse click menu with the keyboard for a selected or marked item?
With selected item I mean for example private data members, methods or the base class of a class.
More precisely I am interested in finding a fast way to get to the refactor method for a selected item with the keyboard.

Currently I always have to take my hand away from the keyboard any use the mouse to hover over an text item and then press right mouse button to open the refactor method.
I was wondering if there is a way to to this without the mouse.
