Adding a color effect to a QImage

Hi Guys,
I am trying to add color effect on a image example I am converting a jpeg image to sepia color effect.
the format is RGB32 and converttoformat(format,colortable ) is working.
Is there any way that I can add color effect to a image( as change to sepia effect, antique effect)
