How do I fix this?

I would like to change the naming convention of my UI's.
So I renamed the source files and manualy edited all the class names.

Example: class SettingsWindow -> class SettingsDialog

The project compiles fine untill I do a clean, then I have to fix all the class names again (everytime)!!
And it only the UI header that revert back to the previous name.

How do I fix it such that the UI header will stick to the new class names?

That's one way to do it. Since the .ui files are just ASCII XML files, you can also open them in a text editor and change the names there instead. That's all that Qt Designer is doing - it's a fancy graphical editor whose input and output is an ASCII XML .ui file.
