Failure to make and install Qwt on Windows with mingw

I am trying to install Qwt 6.1.2 for Qt 5.6 and get following errors on failure (after running mingw32-make):

To copy to clipboard, switch view to plain text mode 

I have install MinGW492-5.6.1 version of Qt. I am admin on this computer, so I am not sure why I would have permission errors while trying to install Qwt.
Did anyone know how I can fix it?

To clarify, I am trying to install Qwt on Windows machine.
