statistic problem

I have a table "convention" in the database and i want to do the statics of this class (according the elements i added to the table convention in the database ).
i enserted a pourcentage in the y axis and the date corresponding to that pourcentage in the x axis and i created 2 functions to show the numbers and details exctracted from the database ! now the thing is , the figure is right and it is showing the right proportions but the values are not shown on the y and x axis what is going on !!!!! please help !!
