Default What file contains Kits, Devices, etc for the Projects Pane?

Over the years I've spent a good deal of time setting up kits and devices for cross-compiling several projects to different platforms.

I commit the .pro files along with the source files. Is there a file somewhere I can add to "source control" that will allow me to restore the complete QtCreator (or at least the build and deploy parts)?

Per-project settings are stored in *.user files generated by Creator. Global settings are stored in Qt Creator settings (e.g. in Windows registry or ~/.config).
Your biological and technological distinctiveness will be added to our own. Resistance is futile.
