promote the contents of a dockwidget!

How can I promote the contents of a QDockWidget , which is usually just QWidget, to a custom widget?
I have marked the widget I want promote in the image attached.
I am not even able to edit the name of the object marked!! I am not sure if I am doing anything wrong?

Sorry guys,
I was too quick to post it on the forum. I had to just go to the property panel and edit the name of the object..
