Burn libs

hi,
I got special problem: I need a GPL console Application or (better) a GPL C++ Library for win32 (and another for Max or Linux) with which I can burn MP3s as Audio CDs...
Can anybody give my a hint?

only problem how to brun with cdrecord mp3s without building temporary wav files, because I'm, not allowed to save discompressed audio on the hdd (licence)
