wich is the best IDE for my aims for windows?

Hello, I'm looking for a best Ide for me; I need to work on this language:
c++,C#,Java (primary), and other like haskell Eiffel etc.
But I'd like an thin IDE: :NET is too for me: there are many options for me; And it isn't free!I need something simpler and not heavy; I see sharpdevelop and I like it but It can use only C#.
I Like Kdevelop but it's for KDE.

Any suggestions?

If you want all-in-one then I think you can only choose between Visual Studio and Eclipse.
