compiling under windows's troubles

It is very frustrating getting qt working under windows (XP).
I am just recompiling now.
In the meantime I am trying to compile a program, but the make (mingw32) says:

mingw32-make No rule to make target /usr/local/Trolltech/../../mkspecs/linux-g++-32/qmake.conf neede by Makefile

To copy to clipboard, switch view to plain text mode 

Any hint?
