Change widget type

I have 1/6 dozen widgets I want to change from QLineEdit to QSpinBox in the designer. What is the simplest way to do that? I ask now because I this is not the first time this week I wanted to change the widget type and manually doing this seems to be a big waste of time.

Search and replace in a text editor seems to have solved this. It did wipe out the initial values but I can fix that.
