    Default How do you build QwtPolar for VC++2008?

    Seems the download doesn't include the same facilities that Qwt provides for building with VC2008.

    AFAIR I forgot to add a special line for win32-msvc2008 in the pro/pri files. Simply replace all win32-msvc2003 by win32-msvc2008 in the pro/pri files of QwtPolar or download a tarball from SVN.
