Where is QT toolbox and form designer in VStudio ?

I installed QT-VS-Addin1.1.4.exe to my windows seven x64 into Visual Studio 2008.
the image taken from other websites.
But I dont see and form designer or QT Toolbox inside Visual Studio (as shown in image below) ?

look at image. this is very different than vsaddin 1.1.4.so what is this ? a discontinued version or another 3rt party plugin as an vs-addin ?


but I only can modify form via QT Creator's own designer.doesn't it possible to edit QT forms in VS Form designer ?
this is an old version ? or discontinued version or what ?

form designer or QT Toolbox in VS was only available in the commercial version of the plugin. That version has since been discontinued (and so will not load the files generated by newer version of Qt Designer)

The latest version of the plugin, you double click ui file to launch the Qt Designer, which, IMO, is a better way of doing things.
