play sound while voice call

hi
i want under code to play a beep continuously....

but when somebody call to my phone , QAudio::state change to 2,mean close,and when i start or change mode state first go to 0 (means active) then change to 2 fast.
i want state does not change during voice call.in a word i want to play sound while i am in call,
does any body have a suggestion?

Added after 25 minutes:

i found that i need to mute call (mic for input and speaker for out put audio device),
How to use the mute and activate functionality for call in nokia?
if i use mute , my app start his beep!
