Question Dialog to set the project directory and create new folder on Mac?

I need to build a dialog box with 2 tabs:
    1. Create new project
    2. Open project

In Create new project, there is a "Set" button to open the folder browsing dialog box.
In open project, it lists out recently opened projects

Is there any tutorial or sample to do it with qt designer?

It is similar to http://doc.qt.nokia.com/4.7/dialogs-findfiles.html but does not has the create and open project coding.

What ware you expecting, create and open project code?
if you use QtDesigner to create the tabs, then code will be automatilcally generated.
