Default Qt - Using Blur Behind (label problem)

    Hello,

my application uses code of this qt lab blog post: http://labs.qt.nokia.com/2009/09/15/...nd-on-windows/ and I've got a problem with labels, which does not contain those white shadow effects.

I've also provided a screenshot of my problem..

As you can see the window title has got a white shadow and my labels does not. Is there any Windows API (or maybe Qt API) function to create such a white shadow effect on my labels?

I've read a lot of the Windows API Development chapters, but I could not find anything related to this.

    Thanks in advance.

Is it possible at all to use this effect on any labels through the Win API? I don't know but I believe that I've already seen this in Firefox and other applications.

Maybe this may provide some help:
