    Question Text on dialogs shows '?' isntead 'çéã' and so on...

    Hi All,

    I have one app (windows desktop) that don't render text correctly!

    Any one can indicate what is wrong!

    Other details: I run on Windows 8, the app is a windows control painel (Qt ui live on a DLL), and I use "Use Unicode Character Set"
