    Default Does Qt 4.2 support multicast?

    qt 4.2 seems that it does not support multicast. How to use multicast udp in qt program? To use native Linux socket api?

    Access the native socket id and set an appropriate option on the socket.

    I already had problem with this, I am using here:

    #include <sys/socket.h>
