qt example not running through directFb

Hi All,
I am new qt .I am trying to run qt example through directFb using "./affine -qws -display directfb"
I am geting the following error:

DirectFB/CORE: multi Application core
DirectFB/cORE/sYSTEM: No System Found!
DirectFB Error: QDirectFBscreen: [Error creating directFB interface]: No (Suitable) interface found!
DirectFB Driver cannot connect
(!) [ 2949 : 0.000]---> Cought Signal 6 (unknown origin)
Aborted

Need Help
any suggestion pls,
