    Smile QT under windows, dll?

    Hi there,

Im a n00b, im using the open source version for windows, and when i compile something with mingw i need to put the QT's DLL files in the same direcrory of the main executable, but the problem is that the dll files are in total more than 100mb big!

Only for a hello world 100mb? It is possible to compile statically like wxwidgets where you get an exe 3,5mb wiht no dlls?

    sorry for that nub qestion!

Compile the application in release mode and see Deploying Qt Applications.
