Where can I download the former Qt Creator?

I want to download the Qt4.6.2,but I haven't found that through the search engine.
Who can tell me a websit?

You may find my page tracking released Qt libs and SDKs useful. There is no stand-alone Qt Creator, but SDKs (containing QtC) with all major lib versions are provided (*):

(*) Well, it requires some update (will do some day), but you're not asking about latest stuff after all.
