SVG+QtDesigner+Windows

In QtDesigner, I tried to set the pixmap of a qlabel to an svg file (created by QCad).
In Linux KDE no problem.
But in windows, 1) I cannot see the pixmap at all 2) I obtain a blank icon also when I browse the resource file .
It is a problem of windows or qt or both?

And what happens if you runs the application, can you see that SVG image ?
