VLC is shipping which QT libraries

I have learnt that VLC media player is built in QT. When I checked its installation folder, I found no traces of QT like QT libraries (QtGui.dll etc)
How QT libraries are shipped or masked in VLC.
How I will be know that this is built in QT.

Well, I might be old fashioned, but you could just look at the source code, consult the VLC web pages to see what is required to compile it, or even ask the authors. A Qt interface to VLC is optional but it works just fine with Qt4.8.5 on my Linux box.
